Julie Maurer joined the WDE Ph.D program during Autumn of 2011.

I am the Pataskala Campus Administrator for Central Ohio Technical College (COTC). I have been overseeing all aspects of the operation and development of this new campus for five years. I am also the Coordinator of the Lifelong Learning Institute of COTC. Currently I serve as the president of the Rotary Club of Pataskala and am on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Before coming to COTC I worked for 13 years at Columbus State Community College in various positions including faculty, chairperson, administrator and program coordinator. While there, I earned my M.A. in the WDE program in 2004. My B.S. is in civil engineering with a focus in water resources. I am looking forward to furthering my studies in the WDE Ph.D. program where I will gain knowledge and skills that will help me become a more effective leader.
